To that end, we offer you the following Guarantees:
The First Guarantee
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the performance of your Petsafe professional product, then, provided that you return the full system to us within THREE MONTHS of purchase, you will receive a full refund. Please note that installation and wire costs cannot be refunded.
The Second Guarantee
If either the transmitter or receiver cease to function we shall replace the unit without any charge within their warranty (warranties range from one year to lifetime depending on the model).

Assistance with Training and Support

Petsafe Professional is a training system, and it is important that our step-by-step procedures are followed if the psychological boundary for your pet is to be established. If you do have any difficulty, our Customer Services Department and your professional Installer Dealers will help.

We do not regard Petsafe Professional as a 'can of beans' just to be dispatched in return for a cheque. Our Customer Services Department provides support to all our customers on a continuing basis, so you will never be without assistance if required.
